One cannot have more welcoming hosts than Margaret and Keith. Sue and I have had a magical time at La Vue, so much so we found our dream house 6 miles away - our hosts have become our neighbours and friends!!!

Beautifully maintained gite, the pictures did not do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised by how lovely everything was. Andy had a couple of good days fishing - we would recommend trying near Palais sur Vienne, there is a bridge over the river with some nice fishing spots. 'Dino's', in the village, was fabulous - nice to pop along for dinner. All in all a great break with fantastic hosts! Thank you!

What a great place!! Despite the weather we had an amazing time fishing. The gite was everything and more, a perfect little hide-away in the middle of some of France's best lakes. Thanks a bunch - you were so nice and helpful - will be back again hopefully! Good luck!

Thank you for everything. The gite was even better than we had hoped for, Magdalena loved having her own private bathroom. We enjoyed the weather and the fantastic thunderstorms - a pleasant change from constant sunshine. We have alot to think about when we get home! 'Muchas gracias por todo'

Thank you for making us so welcome. We enjoyed this week so much. Lots to see and do around here. Lunch at 'Dinos' in Champagnac la Riviere, was perfect, as was swimming in the lake at St Mathieu. We look forward to coming here again.

Peace, tranquility and glorious views. This puts a firm tick in all the boxes! Our two weeks have just flown by. It was good to meet Margaret and Keith too, we fully understand why they have traded 'God's own county' for La Vue. What a lovely time we've had, the gite was beyond our expectations, the photos on the website just don't do it justice!!!
'Parc Reynou' was a great day out when the weather wasn't great and if you're after a good fishery - head to 'Domain de Jarlat' and see Patrick, the big lake is stuffed with hungry fish!!! Thanks Keith and Margaret, we've had a fab week!

Well, there's not much left to say after the wonderful preceding comments. You have both worked your socks off to get your gite and home up and running - and now your dream of living in this beautiful area of France has become reality. Well done! We're proud of you both. A million thanks for your warm welcome and hospitality. The '10 minute' car tours were memorable - what a fantastic place. Magical. The laughs we had will long be remembered.
