page within 10 days. Upon receipt of the deposit the booking
is deemed to be confirmed. Payment may be made by any of the
methods found on our prices page.
Alternatively this process can be completed via e-mail, for
your convenience.
(3) The balance of the rent is payable no less than six weeks
before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received

that if there are any breakages etc, that these are reported
to us. We do not usually charge for items such as glasses as

cancellations refunds of amounts paid may be made if the owners
are able to re-let the property. Any expenses or losses incurred
in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount. The
client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel
insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have
full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability
etc since these are not covered by the owners insurance.

day and finish at 10.00am on the last day. The owners shall

are varied.

not exceed the advertised capacity unless the owners have given
written permission.

good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy
condition at the end of the rental period. The client also agrees
not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to the residents
in other properties and to those residents in neighbouring properties.

defects in the property, breakdown of equipment, plant machinery
or appliances in the property, or garden and arrangements for
