If you are thinking about ‘making
the move’, why not take advantage of our cheaper rental
rates out of season. Based on our own experience, we would
recommend spending a number of weeks, at different times of
the year, to get a feel for the area.
An out of season long term let offers you the opportunity
to experience life in the Limousin (and surrounding areas)
in the quieter months.
Our gite offers a comfortable base, to continue that search
for your ‘ideal home’.
Prices
quoted above are in pounds sterling.
The price includes all bedding, towels, tea towels and cleaning
materials.
For
long term lets you receive a change of all bed linen, towels
and tea towels every 7 days.
Electricity,
gas and water are included in these prices as well as logs
if you make use of the log burner. Firelighters are not supplied.
An
iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided free of
charge.
There
is an internet point in the gite for your own laptop or we
can offer the use of one. Unfortunately, because we only have
dial up access and internet use stops any telephone calls
coming through, we do ask that you bear this in mind when
using the facility. We also have a printer that can be used
for a small charge.
Washing
machine is available, washing powder is not supplied.
We
do have our own very old border collie, Tess., so well behaved
pets are welcome, by prior arrangement.

PAYMENT:
For
all longer term bookings we ask for two weeks payment as a
non refundable deposit. Thereafter we give you the flexibility
of paying weekly.
Payment
can be made by cash euros/sterling, sterling cheque drawn
on a UK bank account/ euro cheque drawn on a french bank account.
